Warranty / Dealer Return Policy
Kustom Amplification products are covered under warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner with proof of purchase. Kustom Amplification products come with a 3-year warranty to the original owner that covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship with proof of purchase. Upon acceptance, Kustom Amplification will repair or replace, at the sole discretion of Kustom Amplification, any product found to be defective. Damages due to normal wear, improper care, modification, negligence, rental purposes and accidents, where Kustom Amplification is not at fault, are not covered.

Items that remain as retail store stock for a period of longer than one year are no longer covered under manufacturer warranty. Items used for rental purposes of any kind are no longer considered new and are not covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
